Short version: I collect only what I need to get back to you, I don't sell it, and you can have it deleted any time.

When you fill out a form on this site, I collect the details you give me — your name, business, phone number, email, current website, and whatever you tell me about what you need. I don't collect anything you don't hand over.
One reason: to reply to you and, if we work together, to set up and run your service. That's it. I don't add you to a marketing list and I don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
To run the contact form and the automation service, your information passes through trusted third-party tools — for example, automation and database platforms like Make and Airtable. They process the data on my behalf so the system works; they don't get it to use for their own purposes.
If you become a client, the service may send text messages on your behalf to people who contact you or whom you've done work for, and every message includes a way to opt out. You can ask me to stop contacting you, or to delete your information, at any time — just email me and it's done.
This site keeps tracking to a minimum. If analytics are added later to understand traffic, this policy will be updated to say so.
You can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Reach me at info@reidcyrewebdesigns.com and I'll handle it promptly.
